The Purpose of the Alliance is to promote LGBTQ entrepreneurship, growth, and success. We bridge the gaps of non-discrimination by engaging our business community and allies to add a unified nondiscrimination policy to their existing policies through the Alliance.

Allied & LGBTQ+ businesses will find a community of new and existing businesses through the alliance.

The Berks LGBTQ+ Business Alliance is an initiative of Reading Pride Celebration.
